During my time at RCN, I had many opportunities to work with Doug on assorted projects. Doug was always thorough and responsive, providing necessary legal advice. He maintained an intimate understanding of the business, which showed in the quality of his work. Doug worked with all levels of management at RCN in an equally effective manner. He is both professional and personable which makes it a pleasure to work with him. I would more than welcome the chance to work with Doug again.
